The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the NFL team of iconic quarterback Tom Brady, will require new season-ticket buyers to sign up for the next two seasons.<\/p>\n
Tampa Bay Times journalist Rick Stroud posted on Twitter<\/a> an email supposedly sent to those on the waitlist for season tickets, which outlined new season ticket buyers would have to sign up for two seasons.<\/p>\n The email said: \u201cBased on the overwhelming demand and limited inventory, all new season pass memberships for 2022 will be required to sign up for a two-year commitment.\u201d<\/p>\n Those wanting to purchase tickets in lower level seats at Raymond James Stadium must also prove they are Florida residents, which will need to match account details.<\/p>\n \u201cIn order to secure lower level seats, submission of a valid Florida ID matching the name shown on your account will be required within 48 hours of your seat selection,\u201d said the email.<\/p>\n Brady had originally announced his retirement but backtracked on his decision to play another season for the Bucs.<\/p>\n Less than two weeks ago, Brady said in a tweet<\/a>: \u201cThese past two months I\u2019ve realised my place is still on the field and not in the stands. That time will come. But it\u2019s not now. I love my teammates, and I love my supportive family.<\/p>\n \u201cThey make it all possible. I\u2019m coming back for my 23rd season in Tampa.
