Netherlands-based cloud software company\u00a0CM.com\u00a0has agreed a deal to become the exclusive ticketing partner of Glamorgan County Cricket Club.<\/p>\n
Ahead of the 2023 cricket season, Glamorgan has committed to delivering an enhanced customer experience for its fan base and has selected\u00a0CM.com\u00a0to implement a new ticketing approach.<\/p>\n
The company\u2019s integrated marketing and customer service platforms will be used by Glamorgan as part of the multi-year deal, which will see the club replace its existing ticketing solution with the\u00a0CM.com\u00a0platform.<\/p>\n
The deal covers all domestic competitions, international matches and women\u2019s cricket matches hosted at Sophia Gardens.<\/p>\n
CM.com\u2019s ticketing platform is mobile-first and combines smart audience analytics with in-event mobile order capabilities. The company aims to set a \u201cnew precedent\u201d for what a ticketing platform can offer by streamlining every aspect of event organisation.<\/p>\n
