Our weekly tech round-up from the world of ticketing and associated industries\u2026<\/i><\/p>\n The National Football League (NFL)\u2019s Arizona Cardinals has announced integrated payments and commerce technology provider, Shift4, as its payment processing partner.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Shift4 will process payments for all Cardinals ticketing transactions at State Farm Stadium, including the Super Bowl LVII in February next year, through an integration with ticketing platform, SeatGeek.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cWe are excited to partner with the Arizona Cardinals to provide their fans with a better commerce experience,\u201d said Anthony Perez, Shift4\u2019s head of enterprise. \u201cIt\u2019s always our goal to reduce cost and complexity for venue operators while delivering an enhanced experience for fans.\u201d<\/p>\n European music festival Exit Festival has partnered with New Jersey-based startup NFT-Tix to power the festival\u2019s ticketing system.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n It means the festival will be moving away from working with traditional ticketing providers, and will use a secure blockchain-based system from NFT-Tix, which was founded in May this year.<\/p>\n The festival is set to take place from July 7-10 in Novi Sad, Serbia.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Metaverse event company RLTY has announced it has raised over $4m (\u00a33.3m\/\u20ac3.8m) in funding for its new event-building tools. With the new funding, the company will offer solutions to brands that would like to stage events within the Metaverse.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n RLTY offers virtual events setups for concerts, festivals, art fairs and other gatherings, both independent and as digital mirrors to real-life events. The company offers virtual spaces and venues, solutions for NFTs (non-fungible tokens) and monetisation, and a dashboard for tracking events and analysing data.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Music streaming service Spotify has introduced a new Live Events Feed, which will replace its Concert Hub feature.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The new feed will enable fans to discover live events near them and will be personalised to their tastes and preferences.
