The solution is a full-service integrated ticketing solution which enables ticket sales, and collates and optimises fan data.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>T.J Brightman, Orioles senior vice president, chief revenue officer, said: \u201cThe Orioles are excited to once again partner with\u00a0Tickets.com\u00a0to provide fans with a streamlined and user-friendly ticket-managing experience.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOriole Park at Camden Yards is one of the premier entertainment destinations in the region, and we are looking forward to further enhancing the ballpark experience through this partnership with\u00a0Tickets.com.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Orioles will also be utilising MyProVenue, a fan-facing web application which is designed to optimise the fan experience when purchasing tickets either through a desktop or a mobile. MyProVenue streamlines the act of buying the ticket as well as managing an account.<\/p>\n<p>To complete the\u00a0Tickets.com\u00a0suite, the MLB side will also implement Alfred, an all-in-one access control solution.
