Groubook, a platform dedicated to group bookings, has acquired StudentSphere, a student ticketing provider in Canada.<\/p>\n
The acquisition was completed recently for an undisclosed fee, and offers Groubook the chance to move into the UK ticketing market while also expanding StudentSphere\u2019s presence in Canada.<\/p>\n
Groubook focuses on the student population and allows them to book group nights out including activities, food and entry to clubs.<\/p>\n
\u201cStudentSphere have culminated a great reputation in the Canadian market for being a no-fuss, cost effective and easy to use platform for event organisers,\u201d said Groubooks chief executive Bradley Gough.<\/p>\n

Business law firm McMillian advised Groubook on the deal.<\/p>\n
