{"id":2401,"date":"2022-09-07T05:00:24","date_gmt":"2022-09-07T12:00:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.goticketly.com\/index.php\/2022\/09\/07\/seatgeek-becomes-official-ticket-provider-for-san-diego-open\/"},"modified":"2022-09-07T05:00:24","modified_gmt":"2022-09-07T12:00:24","slug":"seatgeek-becomes-official-ticket-provider-for-san-diego-open","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.goticketly.com\/index.php\/2022\/09\/07\/seatgeek-becomes-official-ticket-provider-for-san-diego-open\/","title":{"rendered":"SeatGeek becomes official ticket provider for San Diego Open"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> [ad_1]<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Ticketing platform SeatGeek has today (Wednesday) announced a new multi-year partnership with the San Diego Open.<\/p>\n<p>SeatGeek will become the official ticket provider for the tennis tournament, with organisers able to access products such as the backend technology platform, Unify.\u00a0 The backend platform allows teams, theatres and arenas to create, sell and manage access to their live event ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>Organisers can sell tickets across all SeatGeek platforms, manage fan-specific data to enhance the experience for attendees and more.<\/p>\n<p>Tennis fans will be able to purchase tickets and possibly save money through SeatGeek\u2019s Deal Score technology, access their event-day details in the SeatGeek app and scan their mobile ticket for entry into Barnes Tennis Center.<\/p>\n<p>Attendees will also be able to use SeatGeek Rally to personalise their match-day experiences.<\/p>\n<p>Ryan Redondo, tournament director at the San Diego Open, said: \u201cThe Open is a marquee sporting event in San Diego, which means we\u2019re focused on how we use technology to enhance the fan experience.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSeatGeek\u2019s platform opens up our ability to create personalised fan-focused features that differentiate us from other events. Products like SeatGeek Rally truly showcase the forward-thinking needed to build the tournament into a momentous event today and for years to come.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jeff Ianello, executive vice-president of client partnerships at SeatGeek, added: \u201cOur partners at the San Diego Open have an incredible passion for the sport and its fans.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFrom the start of our journey together, we knew we were working with a team that shared our vision for using only the best technology to create exceptional match day experiences.
