{"id":2508,"date":"2022-09-21T03:47:41","date_gmt":"2022-09-21T10:47:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.goticketly.com\/index.php\/2022\/09\/21\/live-nation-germany-acquires-goodlive\/"},"modified":"2022-09-21T03:47:41","modified_gmt":"2022-09-21T10:47:41","slug":"live-nation-germany-acquires-goodlive","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.goticketly.com\/index.php\/2022\/09\/21\/live-nation-germany-acquires-goodlive\/","title":{"rendered":"Live Nation Germany acquires Goodlive"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> [ad_1]<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div id=\"primary\">\n<p class=\"standfirst\">Live Nation Germany has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in festival, booking and services agency, Goodlive.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition was made from private equity backers Paragon Partners and Goodlive\u2019s founders.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Berlin-headquartered Goodlive is behind festivals and event experiences such as Splash Festival in Ferropolis and Superbloom Festival in Munich.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>It is hoped the deal will strengthen Live Nation\u2019s existing portfolio and present opportunities across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Goodlive\u2019s management will continue to focus on its brands while working alongside the Live Nation team to develop festivals and live experiences.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Andre Lieberberg, Live Nation GSA managing director, said: \u201cWe are happy that Goodlive GmbH and its management team Marko Hegner and Mirko Ro\u00dfner have decided to become part of the Live Nation family.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe strength of the Goodlive GmbH organisation and its staff, as well as the undisputed relevance of its projects, perfectly complement Live Nation GSA\u2019s portfolio.
