Careem, a multi-service app in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), has partnered with online events marketplace Tikety.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Tikety\u2019s events marketplace is now available on the Careem app as a \u2018Tickets & Passes\u2019 tile, which enables customers to search, purchase and manage tickets and bookings for museums, tours and other activities in the UAE.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The service also provides access to music and sporting events, theatre shows and live entertainment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Tikety was founded in 2019 and provides access to events for adults, children and families as well as entertainment venues, like Dubai Parks and Resorts, Ain Dubai (pictured) \u2013 the world\u2019s tallest Ferris wheel \u2013 and the Museum of the Future.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Both residents and tourists can search for activities through the Careem app and purchase tickets.<\/p>\n Ali Sinai, senior director of partnerships at Careem, said: \u201cWe\u2019re excited to partner with Tikety to provide our customers with access to one of the largest ticketing platforms in the UAE. Residents and tourists usually have to navigate multiple ticketing websites with fragmented prices and add-ons to book events and entertainment venues.<\/p>\n \u201cTikety solves this challenge by providing access to affordable, reliable tickets for multiple events in the UAE. Customers can now use the Careem app to find something fun to do in addition to getting around, ordering things, and managing their payments.\u201d<\/p>\n Tikety chief executive Dana Lattof added: \u201cWe are huge fans of Careem and when the opportunity arose to be part of their journey in making lives easier for their UAE customers, we jumped at it.
