The move to paperless ticketing is also part of its digital transformation journey to improve supporter experience on match days.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Scottish Rugby Ticketing app will be available soon, and ticket-holders for the upcoming Scotland Autumn Nation Series at BT Murrayfield will be contacted about the next steps to make sure customers have their tickets ready.<\/p>\n<p>All Scotland match tickets will be delivered to the Scottish Rugby Ticketing app on a supporter\u2019s mobile device, which is then scanned at the turnstiles to enter the 67,000-capacity BT Murrayfield.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Fans will be able to access their tickets on the mobile app using the same account in which they purchase their Scottish Rugby tickets. The tickets are linked to the new app using the mobile number registered to the buyer\u2019s account.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>While the app is not currently available to download, it is set to be launched soon. During this first season with digital ticketing, Scotland match tickets will be delivered via the Scottish Rugby Ticketing App while Scotland season passes will be posted to holders in early October.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ticket delivery for Edinburgh Rugby and Glasgow Warriors will remain via digital delivery to ticket holders\u2019 email accounts and season ticket cards.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The move to digital ticketing is another step for Scottish Rugby\u2019s digitalisation, after announcing that it had <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theticketingbusiness.com\/2022\/08\/26\/scottish-rugby-launches-ticketmaster-tech-at-bt-murrayfield\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">launched Ticketmaster\u2019s 3D Virtual Venue technology<\/a>.
