The XR metaverse performances will take place on virtual stages where the artists in Korea will performing in front of the Burj Khalifa, in Dubai.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Tickets for the virtual concerts are free but attendees must secure entry through Virgin Megastore.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Hyun Jeon Oh, regional director of KOCCA UAE, said: \u201cSince its first virtual concert in 2020 with over 15,400 real-time viewers, the Kite has been much beloved by K-Pop fans in the UAE.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe had more than 3,600 attendees coming to the Kite at Dubai EXPO 2020 and this has become a symbolic sign of cultural exchange between Korea and UAE. This year, the Kite will be hosted again in Dubai with \u2018Rain\u2019, one of the first K-Pop world stars, and Heize, a rising singer-songwriter.
