Tessitura, the US tech network for arts venues, has extended its partnership with True Tickets.<\/p>\n
The new agreement, which comes two years after they first partnered, will include tiered pricing for venues, making the service more attractive for a broader set of the Tessitura community.<\/p>\n
True Tickets integrates with the Tessitura CRM platform, which also provides fundraising and membership tools, allowing venues to access secure contactless digital ticketing.<\/p>\n
The businesses said that secure contactless digital ticketing is increasingly in demand as venues have reopened after the pandemic.<\/p>\n

True Tickets recently implemented rules-based ticket sharing, a new feature that empowers event organisers to create and assign rules related to the sharing of digital tickets. In addition to limiting scalping, the feature offers venues data about who is in possession of tickets to their events at all times and who attends their events.<\/p>\n
