The North American leg concludes on September 23 at SoFi Stadium, California.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Depeche Mode<\/strong> is to play its first dates in five years after announcing its new album. The Memento Mori Tour will support the band\u2019s forthcoming 15th studio album, Memento Mori, due out in spring 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Dave Gahan and Martin Gore revealed that the Live Nation-presented tour will begin with a limited series of North American arena dates starting March 23, before the band heads to Europe for its summer stadium tour. These limited North American dates will feature stops at New York\u2019s Madison Square Garden, Chicago\u2019s United Center, Los Angeles\u2019 Kia Forum and Toronto\u2019s Scotiabank Arena, among others.<\/p>\n<p>The band will then begin its European stadium tour on May 16, with noted stops including the Stade de France in Paris, Berlin\u2019s Olympic Stadium, Milan\u2019s San Siro Stadium, and London\u2019s Twickenham Stadium.<\/p>\n<p>The band\u2019s most recent outing, the 2017-2018 Global Spirit Tour, was its longest to date and was one of the year\u2019s highest grossing tours, with the band playing to more than three million fans over the course of 130 shows across Europe and North America.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Arctic Monkeys announce their North American Tour 2023 with special guests <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/fontainesdublin?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@fontainesdublin<\/a>. The leg begins at Oslo\u2019s Spektrum on February 17 before wrapping at The O2 in London on March 15, with tickets on sale from Friday, October 7.<\/p>\n<p>Rugby League World Cup 2021 has revealed that the <strong>Kaiser Chiefs<\/strong> will be the headline music act as part of the Official Tournament Welcome event at St James\u2019 Park, Newcastle on October 15.<\/p>\n<p>The band will perform on the pitch at the home of Newcastle United just before the opening fixture of the tournament between England and Samoa kicks-off at 2.30pm.<\/p>\n<p>RLWC2021 revenue director Mick Hogan said: \u201cWe\u2019ve said all along that the opening game is going to be pretty special \u2013 and who better than the Kaiser Chiefs to get the party started in that stadium. The award-winning band has an amazing back catalogue, and I can\u2019t wait to see a huge crowd in Newcastle singing along to what is sure to be a brilliant set.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>The 1975<\/strong> will take its \u2018At Their Very Best\u2019 tour to Australia and New Zealand in April 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The band will kick off the run of dates at Perth\u2019s Red Hill Auditorium on April 8, with shows in Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney following before the Australian leg of the tour wraps up at Riverstage in Brisbane on April 15.
