Live events promoter Goldenvoice has named digital experience platform NoCap as its preferred streaming partner across its portfolio of venues.\u00a0<\/p>\n
NoCap was formed by Grammy-nominated producer and musician Cisco Adler and is a platform and promoter of livestream concerts. It also\u00a0offers easy-to-use text-based ticketing technology to complement its streaming capabilities.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The partnership will allow Goldenvoice to livestream events from across its live performances and venues, which include California\u2019s Empire Polo Club where Coachella festival is held and the Great American Music Hall in San Francisco.\u00a0<\/p>\n

A mixture of physical events and livestreaming has become increasingly popular following the COVID-19 pandemic in which the majority of performances were cancelled.\u00a0<\/p>\n
A paper titled \u2018Livestream and Virtual Live Experience\u2019 was released earlier this year from Midem and THELYNK, which detailed how livestreaming<\/a> will become an \u201cadditive\u201d revenue asset for live events companies and artists.\u00a0<\/p>\n The paper also said that the change happened \u201cquite organically\u201d across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube as well as Twitch. The change in consumer behaviour also saw an influx of dedicated streaming platforms.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
