The tournament is set to welcome local and international fans to the HK7s following a two-year hiatus forced by the pandemic.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Tixserve-powered HKRU ticketing app will be used by both local and international fans, to receive their three-day digital passes after purchasing them through HKRU\u2019s ticket-selling platform, TicketFlap.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Fans will use the digital ticketing app to enter the 40,000-capacity Hong Kong Stadium (pictured) safely and efficiently. Information will be provided on the digital tickets to guide fans through the stadium, while in-app accommodation booking services will also be available for fans to book their stay.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>HKRU also has direct in-app connectivity to fans for key operational messages, real-time content and event marketing to increase engagement.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Aaron Stockdale, Cathay Pacific\/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens tournament director, said: \u201cWe are thrilled to be partnering with Tixserve to help us deliver a much more seamless and sustainable digital ticketing solution for our fans, partners, and sponsors.
