The gig will also be the first time Blur have performed at Wembley Stadium.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets for the gig will go on sale on Friday at 10am GMT.<\/p>\n<p>On the announcement, Albarn said: \u201cWe really love playing these songs and thought it\u2019s about time we did it again.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Coxon added: \u201cI\u2019m really looking forward to playing with my Blur brothers again and revisiting all those great songs\u2026 Blur live shows are always amazing for me. A nice guitar and an amp turned right up and loads of smiling faces.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Other performers including rapper Slowthai, artist Self Esteem and electro-pop duo Jockstrap will also appear with Blur at Wembley.<\/p>\n<p>James said: \u201cThere\u2019s always something really special when the four of us get in a room. It\u2019s nice to think that on 8th July that room will be Wembley Stadium.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Rowntree added: \u201cAfter the chaos of the last few years, it\u2019s great to get back out to play some songs together on a summer\u2019s day in London.
