Attendances reached just 15.7 million in 2020 and 37 million in 2021 as a result of restrictions caused by the pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>According to the report, women\u2019s sports events this year will post a total attendance of 2.4 million, more than double the 2019 figure of 900,000.
