White-label digital ticket delivery solution Tixserve has moved to expand its UK operations by striking a partnership with ticket agency Gigantic through which it will provide a secure and interactive digital fulfilment service for its live entertainment ticketing.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Founded by CEO Mark Gasson in 2007, Gigantic is one of the UK\u2019s largest independent ticket agencies, working with many of the country\u2019s major promoters, festivals and venues.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The partnership will see Irish-headquartered Tixserve provide Gigantic with a white label digital ticketing app \u2013 delivering via a full API technical integration, a fulfilment service for Gigantic clients and customers.<\/p>\n
Gigantic is one of the official ticket agents selected for Ed Sheeran\u2019s 2022 \u2018Mathematics Tour\u2019 at various outdoor venues across the UK including the Principality Stadium at Cardiff, an existing client of Tixserve. The new partnership with Tixserve will enable Gigantic to fully comply with the stringent ticket distribution security standards set for the tour Coolzino Casino<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n The Tixserve solution will also enable Gigantic to verify mobile ticketing customer data, add real-time event engagement, and offer an integrated easy-to-use groups portal for management of VIPs and other special guest lists.
