League of Live Stream Theater<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Theatre and tech entrepreneurs Jim Augustine and Oren Michels have introduced the League of Live Stream Theater (LOLST), a non-profit service that will bring Broadway and US regional theatre productions to homes worldwide. The organisation will make its debut with a two-week simulcast of Second Stage\u2019s \u2018Between Riverside and Crazy\u2019 from January 31 until February 12. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n BTS fans to snap up concert special tickets<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Tickets are now on sale for a BTS concert special that has been cinematic cut, re-edited and remixed for the big screen. \u2018BTS: Yet to Come\u2019 will hit cinemas next month, and is a film of the K-Pop group\u2019s most recent concert, BTS in Busan. The concert was recorded in front of a sold-out crowd in Busan, South Korea in October last year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Sydney Festival<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n Technical Direction Company (TDC), a provider of event and entertainment technology solutions, and sponsors of Sydney Festival, has worked with the event across projection mapping and more. The series of events that make up the festival, which is currently running until January 29, celebrates culture, creativity and live performance. The festival has also included a nod to iconic feminist Frida Kahlo through a biographical exhibition (pictured).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Immersive music experiences<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n 3D cloud streaming platform Oorbit has announced a partnership with LG Electronics, which allow users to engage with immersive experiences through the LG television sets. Orbit is set to host virtual concerts and other immersive music experiences through the ELYNXIR virtual world made by PIXELYNX, which was co-founded by producer Deadmau5 and electronic musician and DJ, Richie Hawtin.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p><\/div>\n
