AMC Theatres is introducing a new ticket pricing structure that will differ depending on seating position.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Sightline at AMC\u2019s US cinemas joins a number of other entertainment venues that offer different prices for different views, and will include seats in Value Sightline, Standard Sightline and Preferred Sightline sections.<\/p>\n
Standard Sightline seats will be available for the traditional cost of ticket; Value Sightline seats are primarily in the front row of the cinema and are available at a lower price; Preferred Sightline seats are mostly in the middle of the cinema and will cost slightly more than standard seats.<\/p>\n
Sightline at AMC will be applied to showtimes after 4pm at participating locations.<\/p>\n
Eliot Hamlisch, executive vice-president and chief marketing officer, said: \u201cSightline at AMC more closely aligns AMC\u2019s seat pricing approach to that of many other entertainment venues, offering experienced-based pricing and another way for moviegoers to find value at the movies.<\/p>\n
