Executive club members will also see an average price rise of 5% next season.<\/p>\n<p>Manchester United said that the cost of delivering matches has increased by 40% over the past five years, and 11% in the last year alone.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline to renew for existing season ticket-holders and executive club members is 18:00 BST on May 5.<\/p>\n<p>Following a successful trial this season \u2013 which has halved the number of tickets not being used \u2013 the minimum usage for Premier League matches will be increased to 75% next season.<\/p>\n<p>Forwarding a ticket to an official member, using the club\u2019s buy-back scheme, or donating the cost of a ticket to the Manchester United Foundation will still count as usage. It is estimated that more than \u00a3500,000 (\u20ac570,000\/$604,000) will be raised through this donation option by the end of the current season.<\/p>\n<p>The club will continue to freeze the price of under-16s and youth season tickets in dedicated family areas. Prices for under-16s will remain at \u00a310 per game in these areas and all under-16s will retain the 50% discount across United\u2019s Old Trafford stadium.<\/p>\n<p>Current over-65s season ticket-holders will continue to enjoy the 50% discount that is already in place, and fans that are set to move into this category over the course of next season will receive a 25% discount in all areas of the ground.
