{"id":3876,"date":"2023-03-09T02:21:24","date_gmt":"2023-03-09T10:21:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.goticketly.com\/index.php\/2023\/03\/09\/womens-ashes-breaks-ticket-sales-record\/"},"modified":"2023-03-09T02:21:24","modified_gmt":"2023-03-09T10:21:24","slug":"womens-ashes-breaks-ticket-sales-record","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.goticketly.com\/index.php\/2023\/03\/09\/womens-ashes-breaks-ticket-sales-record\/","title":{"rendered":"Women\u2019s Ashes breaks ticket sales record"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> [ad_1]<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div id=\"primary\">\n<p class=\"standfirst\">The 2023 Women\u2019s Ashes has broken the ticket sales record for England fixtures and has sold more than 55,000 tickets so far.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>There are just under 100 days to go and the series has already sold more tickets than all of England\u2019s games last year.<\/p>\n<p>The Women\u2019s Ashes is a multi-format series and will be held across Test match grounds for the first time, including Trent Bridge, Edgbaston, Lord\u2019s and The Kia Oval. The series will feature a Test, three International T20s and three One Day Internationals.<\/p>\n<p>This is in comparison to the Men\u2019s Ashes, which is played over five Test matches. The Men\u2019s and Women\u2019s Ashes are set to take place concurrently for the first time, on the same platform and without any fixture clashes.<\/p>\n<p>The Women\u2019s Ashes will begin with a Test match on June 22 at Trent Bridge in Nottingham, followed by the first T20 on July 1 at Edgbaston in Birmingham. The next two T20s will take place on July 5 at The Kia Oval and July 8 at Lord\u2019s.
