Through the partnership, Eventim will enable access to its Eventim Live network as well as its portfolio of products around live events and ticketing.<\/p>\n<p>The addition of Mammoth and AG Entertainment Touring has helped to expand the Eventim Live network to 38 promoters, which are active around the globe. The partnerships will also see Eventim strengthen the position of its network in the US.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNorth America is the largest market in the world for live entertainment and ticketing,\u201d said Klaus-Peter Schulenberg, chief executive of CTS Eventim. \u201cExpanding our presence in the US\u00a0market is an essential part of our global expansion strategy. We are looking forward to working with the teams at Mammoth and AG to bring exciting tours to fans in the US and around the world.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hunt added: \u201cWe have really enjoyed getting to know Klaus-Peter, Frithjof and others on the CTS Eventim team. We\u2019re very excited to further build our connections in their network and continue expanding our touring footprint together with CTS Eventim, AG and all of our co-promoters, friends and partners across the globe. Mammoth was built on mutually beneficial partnerships with our friends, these latest steps with AG and CTS Eventim are a continuation of that philosophy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>CTS Eventim will hold the majority in the new venture and fully consolidate its financials according to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).<\/p>\n<p>James Crawford, co-owner of AG Entertainment Touring, said: \u201cThis global partnership with CTS Eventim and Mammoth is an exciting opportunity for AG.
