CTS Eventim has been revealed as the official ticketing partner of Dresden\u2019s Semper Opera House, with the partnership starting this season. <\/p>\n
The state opera will utilise the Eventim.Inhouse ticketing system, with the new ticketing and booking system available to the opera\u2019s international audience.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Eventim.Inhouse offers visitors a number of benefits in addition to the self-service functions, including the new \u2018simply control gates\u2019, which enables visitors easy access to the event using a code on their smartphone. Soon, the solution will be updated with a 3D map when patrons are looking to choose their seats and buy tickets.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Wolfgang Rothe, commercial director of S\u00e4chsische Staatstheater Dresden, said: \u201cCTS Eventim has shown how a tailor-made software solution can meet customers\u2019 expectations when it comes to booking and buying tickets, as well as the needs of our own operation.<\/p>\n \u201cCTS Eventim is the ideal partner for us, providing extensive expertise that enables us to offer our visitors the best possible service, from booking and purchasing tickets through to admission.
