There was an issue with season ticket cards and the turnstiles, according to a report from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/sport\/football\/article-12028323\/Crystal-Palaces-match-West-Ham-delayed-15-minutes-season-ticket-card-issues.html%C2%A0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Daily Mail<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>At the time, Palace said on <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CPFC\/status\/1652271528094965760%C2%A0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter<\/a>: \u201cWe\u2019re aware of issues with regard to turnstiles upon entering the stadium, we apologise for any inconvenience caused and are working hard to rectify the situation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The match eventually got underway at 12:45 BST, with fans still finding their seats at the 25,486-capacity stadium.<\/p>\n<p>The club later added: \u201cWe would like to sincerely apologise to supporters who were affected by our turnstile failure earlier today, which led to the delay to kick-off.
