Decisive factors included a modern software approach, the willingness to further develop future requirements and technical prerequisites such as an open platform with interfaces and APIs (Application Programming Interface).<\/p>\n<p>Norbert Stockmann, managing director DACH of Secutix, said: \u201cI am pleased that with art + event Theaterservice Graz we have a partner at our side with whom we can jointly expand the open platform idea in the future within the framework of a forward-looking partnership. During the tendering process we got to know the team of experts around managing director Wolfgang H\u00fclbig as demanding, but also very experienced and focused, which makes the cooperation exciting. I am convinced that together, through further digitisation measures at B\u00fchnen Graz, we will be able to offer visitors an optimised purchasing and event experience in the future. For SECUTIX, this partnership is of the highest strategic importance.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Secutix sees itself as more than just a ticketing system. The permanent further development of the platform enables innovative customers such as B\u00fchnen Graz and art + event | Theaterservice Graz to integrate third-party partners (e.g. a CRM system) as well as their own requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Future functions are developed in workshops as part of the cooperation. The focus is on high-performance solutions for the most important visitors: the subscribers. For Secutix itself, this new partnership with Austria\u2019s largest federal state theatre company is all the more important as it marks its strategic entry into the Austrian events market.<\/p>\n<p>Bernhard Rinner, managing director of B\u00fchnen Graz, said: \u201cEvery day we work on the most diverse forms and genres of performing arts in the houses of B\u00fchnen Graz.
