The roadmap said that outdoor seated events could welcome up to 10,000 people or 25% capacity, whichever was lower. Other outdoor events could hold up to 4,000 people or a 50% capacity, while indoor events such as theatre shows could welcome 1,000 people or 50% capacity from no earlier than May 17.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Viagogo made it back into the headlines, as Austria\u2019s Supreme Court (OGH) found 42 of its general user <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theticketingbusiness.com\/2021\/02\/19\/austrian-supreme-court-deems-42-of-viagogos-terms-to-be-illegal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">terms and conditions to be illegal<\/a>. The company was forced to amend clauses relating to refunds, replacement tickets and liability disclaimers.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Premium ticketing marketplace <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theticketingbusiness.com\/2021\/02\/24\/seat-unique-partners-with-somerset-ccc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Seat Unique added Somerset County Cricket Club<\/a> to its list of partners ahead of the 2021 cricket season. The new agreement enabled Somerset members and supporters to purchase hospitality packages and premium tickets for home matches at the 8,500-capacity County Ground in Taunton via a new online portal.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Icelandic arts ticketing platform Tix announced its<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theticketingbusiness.com\/2021\/02\/09\/tix-signs-first-dutch-client\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> first client in The Netherlands<\/a>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Theater aan de Parade was previously ticketed by SeatGeek, which had withdrawn from the Benelux arts sector, resulting in 50 or more clients looking for an alternative partner.
