Northampton Saints and Ticketmaster Sport have announced that the ticketing company is to become the rugby union club\u2019s new ticketing services provider.<\/p>\n
Ticketmaster will provide sports ticketing technology solutions for Northampton Saints, with supporters able to take advantage of the new and improved website to purchase tickets.<\/p>\n
Laura Tringham, Northampton Saints\u2019 head of marketing and ticketing, said: \u201cWe\u2019re delighted to appoint Ticketmaster Sport as our new ticketing services provider.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey are truly the leaders in this space, and we are confident all our supporters will benefit from an improved ticket-purchasing experience.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Rugby Football Union, Welsh Rugby Union, Scottish Rugby Union and the Irish Rugby Football Union, utilise solutions from Ticketmaster Sport in some capacity. The ticketing giant recently extended its partnership with England Rugby<\/a>.<\/p>\n At club level, Ticketmaster Sport also boasts relationships with Leinster Rugby, Munster Rugby, Harlequins, Bath Rugby, Sale Sharks, Newcastle Falcons and London Irish.<\/p>\n Premiership Rugby<\/a> recently teamed up with the company to use Ticketmaster Sport\u2019s platform for the Premiership Final this year.<\/p>\n Chris Gratton, chief operating officer at Ticketmaster Sport, added: \u201cFollowing our recent league-wide announcement with Premiership Rugby, we\u2019re delighted to welcome Northampton Saints to the Ticketmaster Sport partnership.<\/p>\n \u201cWe\u2019re working with Laura and the wider team to ensure that Saints supporters get the very best experience possible, and we look forward to demonstrating the vast range of solutions we are able to bring to this new partnership.\u201d<\/p>\n
