{"id":89,"date":"2021-10-29T02:10:43","date_gmt":"2021-10-29T09:10:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.goticketly.com\/index.php\/2021\/10\/29\/see-tickets-acquires-livebuzz-theticketingbusiness-news\/"},"modified":"2021-10-29T02:10:43","modified_gmt":"2021-10-29T09:10:43","slug":"see-tickets-acquires-livebuzz-theticketingbusiness-news","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.goticketly.com\/index.php\/2021\/10\/29\/see-tickets-acquires-livebuzz-theticketingbusiness-news\/","title":{"rendered":"See Tickets acquires LiveBuzz &#8211; TheTicketingBusiness News"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> [ad_1]<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Independent ticketing company See Tickets has acquired LiveBuzz, a provider of services to the UK exhibition sector.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>See Tickets, which is owned by French global media company Vivendi, believes the acquisition will compliment its existing activities.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction is immediately accretive to earnings.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Global chief executive at See Tickets Rob Wilmshurt said: \u201cWe are delighted to have completed this transaction and warmly welcome the LiveBuzz team to the See Tickets family.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe firmly believe there is huge potential in this acquisition, and the efficient combination of both existing operations will provide a powerful operating framework that will be unrivalled and will greatly benefit all stakeholders in the exhibition space in the UK and progressively in the other countries where See Tickets operates.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The See Tickets board plans to invest in teams and technologies to further expand within the exhibition sector.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Emma Eveleigh, founder and joint managing director of LiveBuzz, added: \u201cI am hugely encouraged that See Tickets have acquired the business and will invest towards our next phase of growth.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am truly delighted to continue to lead LiveBuzz and combine our respective areas of expertise for the good of the industry.
