{"id":945,"date":"2022-03-07T02:59:35","date_gmt":"2022-03-07T10:59:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.goticketly.com\/index.php\/2022\/03\/07\/london-venue-koko-selects-see-tickets-as-partner\/"},"modified":"2022-03-07T02:59:35","modified_gmt":"2022-03-07T10:59:35","slug":"london-venue-koko-selects-see-tickets-as-partner","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.goticketly.com\/index.php\/2022\/03\/07\/london-venue-koko-selects-see-tickets-as-partner\/","title":{"rendered":"London venue Koko selects See Tickets as partner\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> [ad_1]<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Iconic venue Koko, which is set to reopen its doors in London\u00a0next month, has announced that See Tickets will be its official ticketing partner.<\/p>\n<p>After undergoing a major \u00a370m ($92m\/\u20ac85m) restoration and redevelopment project, the 50,000 square foot live music venue and broadcasting house will host live music and DJ performances.<\/p>\n<p>Koko boasts nine spaces including the newly-restored 19th century theatre and \u2018Fly Tower\u2019 venue, as well as Caf\u00e9 Koko which will host intimate live performances.<\/p>\n<p>The venue\u2019s launch programme includes a three-night residency from artist Lianne La Havas, and headline slots from R&amp;B artist Jorja Smith and former frontman of The Libertines, Pete Doherty.<\/p>\n<p>Rob Wilmshurt, global chief executive at See Tickets, said: \u201cKoko is a game-changing new venue for the industry and See Tickets are so proud that the shareholders recognise our continual commitment to service quality and technical innovation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are very impressed with the imagination behind the development and we firmly believe it will raise the bar for the global venue sector.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Prior to being transformed into an immersive space, Koko was a theatre that originally opened in 1900 before becoming a broadcasting centre.
