Frontier Touring, which is part of the Australian music and entertainment collective Mushroom Group, and AEG Presents have reshuffled the executive and leadership structure of the Australasian concert promoter.
Frontier’s executive team will consist of four members of the current leadership team that have been promoted to new roles within the company.
Diont Brant has been made chief executive while Susan Heymann has taken up the role of chief operating officer. Reegan Stark has been appointed as chief marketing and communications officer and Andrew Spencer has a new position as chief commercial officer.
Brant will move into this new role after joining Frontier and Mushroom Group in 2013 as COO. Heymann boasts almost 20 years of experience in the touring industry and will continue to work as a promoter for Chugg Entertainment – whose founder co-founded Frontier with Michael Gudinski in 1979.
In her role as CMSO, Stark will be responsible for all aspects of Frontier’s brand, marketing, communications, digital and sponsorship deals. She has been with Frontier Touring and Mushroom Group for 19 years. Spencer joined Chugg Entertainment in 2017 and will be the Frontier executive team’s new CCO.

Festival and events agency Mustard Media has expanded its team with five new hires, which include three new senior team members.
Laura Buckley (pictured left) has joined the company as campaigns director while Rory Palmer Rowe (pictured second from right) has come in as the new senior strategist.
Kristian Maxwell (pictured second from left) has been appointed as head of paid and Jim English (pictured middle left) is the new marketing strategist. Caolan Savage (pictured middle right) rounds up the five new hires and has joined the company as paid media manager.
Sian Bennett (pictured right) has also been promoted to strategy director for the Manchester-based company.

Venue management and hospitality company OVG360, a division of Oak View Group, has announced Gregory A. O’Dell as president, venue management.
O’Dell will begin his new role in April after leaving Events DC, the official convention and sports authority for the District of Columbia. He will report to Chris Granger, chief executive of OVG360.
O’Dell will oversee venue operations for OVG360’s portfolio of 230 properties around the world. He will be responsible for setting strategy, bolstering sustainable operations, booking and content development, premium and sponsorship sales, public safety, public health and sanitisation, parking and transportation among other necessary tasks.
Granger said: “Greg is truly a unicorn in the live events industry in that his immense leadership experience spans both sports and entertainment and conventions and meetings.
“Bringing on Greg as our new head of venue management aligns with our commitment to hiring and developing the most talented, innovative, and values-driven people to grow the OVG360 team.
“His dedication to the economic, social and environmental betterment of the communities we serve is going to help drive our goal to create enriching experiences that help people convene and reconnect, while also fuelling local economies. I am thrilled that Greg is joining the team.”
