English League Two football club Mansfield Town has announced it will be implementing a new ticketing system in time for the 2022-23 season.
The club has partnered with ticketing provider Kaizen Ticketing Solutions to develop a new system to improve supporter’s online purchasing experience.
Supporters will be able to use a new one-stop platform to purchase tickets for games at One Call Stadium (pictured), where Mansfield plays its home games. It is also hoped that the new online system will ease the demand on the ticket office and fans’ need to collect tickets.
Fans will benefit from the switch to e-ticketing while season ticket holders will be able to scan their season tickets at the turnstiles using a mobile device. The club has said that season tickets are set to be available in the Apple wallet.
The ‘Print at home’ option will also be available for match days at One Call Stadium, further reducing the need to queue to collect tickets.
Ahead of next season, season ticket holders will be able to renew or purchase season tickets online for the first time.
The new system will enable supporters to purchase family tickets, under-sevens tickets as well as tickets for events and parking at One Call Stadium. Pre-sale priority tickets for cup matches will also be available to purchase online from the 2022-23 season.
