Arena Gliwice in Poland has recently announced an extension to its partnership with entertainment and ticketing company Eventim Poland.
The extension will cover the next five years, and was renewed just before world-renowned Dutch violinist André Rieu performed in the main arena.
Arena Gliwice boasts a 13,752-capacity main arena and a 3,360 smaller arena and is considered one of the largest entertainment and sports halls in Poland. The venue was opened in 2018.
Upcoming events include a performance from Australian rock band, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds in August this year, and a show from British rock band, Bring Me The Horizon, in 2023. Tickets are also available through Eventim Poland’s site for an upcoming performance from Dutch DJ Tiësto.
Joanna Comberska, managing director of Eventim Poland, said: “On behalf of the Eventim Management Board in Poland, I am very much looking forward to this cooperation. Both Eventim and Arena Gliwice are among the institutions that focus on quality and development.
“Thanks to this cooperation, we can exchange the best experiences we have in our portfolio and together create unforgettable, most interesting events.
“The entire industry will certainly benefit from this cooperation, having at its disposal not only one of the top facilities in Poland but also an innovative, first-class ticket sales system.”
