Digital ticket lottery platform Lucky Seat has introduced a new white label software, which can be integrated with box office ticketing systems.
The software-as-a-service (SaaS) will work as an extension of a venue’s ticketing system and will offer a streamlined customer and venue experience. Management will be able to work with the platform to conduct digital lotteries, apply their own branding and remove the need to partner with a third-party ticketing platform.
Lucky Seat’s digital lottery software enables venues and production organisers to work out the number of tickets available for different performances. Box offices and productions can then manage how many tickets are put forward for the digital lottery through Lucky Seat.
Customers will have access to more options when it comes to claiming their tickets, will call and digital delivery. A customer’s information can be filtered directly into the venue’s database instead of being stored elsewhere.
Lucky Seat’s new white label software was first introduced by Mirvish Productions for shows such as ‘Harry Potter and the Cursed Child’ and ‘& Juliet’.
Chris Dorscht, director of sales and audience services, and Jim Aldridge, general manager of ticketing for Mirvish Productions, said in a joint statement: “Mirvish Productions engaged Lucky Seat to develop a digital lottery given their experience running lotteries for many Broadway shows in New York and across North America.
“They delivered a digital lottery that is easy to use and integrated with our ticketing system. Mirvish definitely won the lottery with Lucky Seat.”
