Catalan fans of Spanish LaLiga club FC Barcelona will benefit from a 40% discount on tickets, ahead of the team’s clash with Espanyol at Camp Nou at the weekend.
Fans based in Catalonia will also benefit from 40% off tickets for UEFA Champions League games, with a limit of 500 tickets per match.
The promotion will run until Barcelona’s match against Osasuna in March, with residents purchasing tickets for the Espanyol game able to witness the first outing of Barça legend Xavi Hernández as the new coach.
To qualify for the discounts, residents must purchase tickets through the club’s website and select a minimum of two seats, with a maximum of six.
Catalonia locals must enter the RESIDENT code when purchasing the tickets in order to receive the 40% discount.
Fans that reside in Catalonia must also provide proof of residency upon arrival at Camp Nou through an official document such as a Documento Nacional de Indetidad (DNI), a registration form or further proof.
