Independent ticketing company See Tickets has acquired LiveBuzz, a provider of services to the UK exhibition sector.

The transaction is immediately accretive to earnings.

See Tickets this month also announced it had partnered with Dutch conference and festival Eurosonic Noorderslag (ESNS), and will handle all ticketing services.
ESNS is a non-profit showcase festival and music conference that is open to performances from European artists only. It takes place in Groningen and organisers also offer services such as hotel arrangements, merchandise and cashless payment options.
The first three days of the festival is Eurosonic and features artists from all over Europe, while the final day is called Noorderslag and features only Dutch artists.
