English Football League club Newport County AFC has announced a new ticketing partnership with Ticketmaster Sport, which will cover the next five seasons.
Season ticket-holders will be the first to benefit from the news partnership, with a transformer ticketing website for the 2022/23 season renewal process.
Newport fans will experience a fully mobile-optimised process including the ability to view, purchase and enter using a mobile phone device, as well as digital season and match tickets.
Supporters will further benefit from being able to manage their own tickets, forward or upgrade tickets using the new website. The friends and family functionality also makes purchasing a ticket easier for fans.
Chris Gratton, chief operating officer, Ticketmaster Sport, said: “We’re delighted to have agreed this new deal with Newport County and look forward to working with the team to evolve the partnership.
“Ticketmaster’s range of tech solutions will elevate the experience for existing fans and our continual addition of upgrades and new features will ensure the platform continues to evolve and adapt to fans’ needs.”

“Ticketmaster Sport proved to be an excellent fit for our club reflecting our approach today but also allowing us the opportunity to move towards an increased digital approach. We look forward to developing the relationship with Ticketmaster Sport.”
