Figaro Group, which operates ticketing platforms Ticketac and Le Figaro Billetterie, has partnered with software-as-a-service platform for ticketing and audience management, Secutix.
Ticketac and Le Figaro Billetterie hope the new agreement will improve the experience for visitors.
Secutix’s suite of tools will enable 100% digital efficiency and an increased experience when it comes to patrons booking their place at a live experience.
The agreement covers a number of venues which benefit from the two platforms, including the Opéra national de Paris (pictured) and the Theater du Chatelet, cultural venues like the Musée Picasso Paris and the Yves-Saint-Laurent Museum, and leisure attractions such as Beauval Zoo in Saint-Aignan-sur-Cher, Centre-Val de Loire.
The new partnership will also mean that Ticketac and Le Figaro Billetterie will be able to widen their offering for companies not yet listed in their catalogue including Philharmonie de Paris or Opéra de Lyon.
Gregory Hachin, chief executive of Ticketac and Le Figaro Billetterie, said: “We are happy with this technology partnership with Secutix, which enables us to broaden our offer of shows, in a period when live performances need to exhibit and bring the fans back.
“Secutix also allows for an improvement of customer experience, which complements all of the services that we have already put in place.”
Christian Binelli, general director of Secutix France, added: “Ticketac is a natural partner for Secutix. Through this partnership, we will support numerous cultural projects in France.
“The cultural sectors and events strongly affected by a too-long crisis need powerful tools that will bring the viewer back to the heart of live experiences.”
