Welsh rugby fans have until tomorrow (Friday) to secure seats at Principality Stadium (pictured) until 2050, through the ‘500 Debenture Series’.
The debentures are located at either side of the halfway line in the upper tier of the East Stand, which is above the players’ tunnel area. Fans will have access to all Welsh international rugby matches for 27 years until 2050.
The Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) has said that there is still some availability for the debenture seats. Fans will have access to games in the Guinness Six Nations, Autumn Nations Series and Summer internationals.
WRU commercial and legal director Rhodri Lewis said: “The 500 Debenture Series seats will be allocated to applicants on a first come first serve basis.
“The window of opportunity is closing soon and we would very much encourage fans to now act quickly to avoid disappointment.”
The debentures will set fans back £6,000 ($7,324/€6,963) – with the amount being repayable to the purchaser at the end of the debenture term.
Debentures certificates will be issued from January 1 2023, with fans able to witness Wales’ home games against England and Ireland in the Six Nations as their first two games. Successful applicants will also be offered the opportunity to buy tickets for this year’s Autumn Nations Series.
Lewis added: “This new release of debenture seats formed part of our celebrations with the return of full crowds to Principality Stadium this season, following two years of uncertainty.”
