Digital ticketing platform True Tickets has partnered with The Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts as its official digital ticket delivery agent.
True Tickets will use the latest technology from Tessitura to offer secure, digital ticketing and control over how each ticket is transacted and managed.
Located in Kansas City, The Kauffman Center delivers music, opera, theatre and dance experiences and opened in 2011.
Implementing digital ticketing ahead of the busy autumnal season will be a benefit to event-goers and staff. Musical performances from the likes of ‘Weird Al’ Yankovic, Diana Krall, Boz Scaggs and Marty Stuart are set to perform, while a theatrical presentation of Million Dollar Quartet is also billed.
True Tickets recently unveiled rules-based ticket sharing, allowing event organisers to create and assign rules concerning ticket sharing. The feature creates a chain of custody for each ticket, making it easier to enforce terms and conditions.
Ken Lesnik, head of business development at True Tickets, said: “The Kauffman Center is such an important cultural destination, and True Tickets is thrilled to be partnering with them. Our solution delivers not only transparency and security, but also a level of efficiency for both venue and visitor alike.”
