Event distribution company Ticket Solutions has hired Ross Nigro (pictured right) as its director of partnerships.
Prior to joining Ticket Solutions, Nigro worked in a number of roles at college ticketing and marketing company, Learfield Amplify.
Clay Discher, chief revenue officer at Ticket Solutions, said: “We continue to focus on developing and nurturing new and existing partnerships with professional sports teams, college athletic departments, artists, and venues.
“With Ross’s long history and extensive network in college athletics, he will be a strong addition and contributor to drive business growth and revenue. We are thrilled to have him on board.”
Premium experience company Legends has appointed Antonio de la Rosa as head of attractions, Iberia.
In his new position, de la Rosa will lead Legends’ attractions business in Spain and Portugal. He will drive an expansion strategy across multiple verticals, including sports, museums, arenas, convention centres and more.
Jesus Bueno, managing director of Iberia, Legends International, said: “Legends’ attraction business leverages our unique 360-degree service solution to support sports and entertainment attractions and experiences worldwide.
“The appointment of Antonio to drive expansion of our attractions business in Spain and Portugal further reinforces our commitment to the Iberian market. Entertainment, venue management and event strategy provider ASM Global has appointed Kelvin D. Moore (pictured left) as regional vice-president and general manager of McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, Illinois.
Moore said: “Implementing innovative ideas; leaning into the reality of hybrid events; and working with the MPEA, Choose Chicago and McCormick Place teams to fully optimise the overall guest experience are high on our list of priorities.
“Event organisers have evolving needs, and having the ability to leverage the resources of ASM Global while working with our customers and strategic partners to help usher in this new era is beyond exciting. There is no better place to lead that effort than McCormick Place.”
Moore has over 30 years of experiences and has held numerous leadership positions at convention centres, stadiums and multipurpose facilities across the US. He succeeds David Causton, who has served in the role of general manager since 2004.
