Connect&Go raises further $3m in funding

Attractions management solutions company, Connect&Go, has secured an additional $3m (£2.2m/€2.6m) in financing, and has also launched Connect Express, a mobile point-of-sale and payments offering.

The Montreal-based business has now raised a total of $16m since the company’s initial launch.

Dominic Gagnon, co-founder and chief executive of Connect&Go, said: “The attractions technology solutions market is highly fragmented and dominated by less innovative and less flexible players.

“With our latest round of financing and the support of our investors, we are determined to offer the best integrated attraction management platform, and to become an international leader in this field.”

Connect&Go is also aiming to further expand into the US and European markets.

François-Pierre Moffet, chief operating officer, added: “What sets us apart from the competition is that we use a cloud-based technology with point-of-sale, e-commerce, access control, and payments all integrated into the same platform.

“This allows our clients to centralise the management of their attraction all in one place, and to have access to all their operating data which eases decision making.”

Connect&Go has also launched Connect Express, a combined mobile point-of-sale and mobile payments solution for attractions. It will allow organisers and management to simplify operations and reduce costs.
