Technology solutions provider for the leisure, entertainment and cultural markets, Accesso has signed a three-year partnership with Calaway Park, an amusement park in Calgary, Alberta.
Accesso will provide Calaway Park, which is located on the foothills of the Canadian Rockies, with its Passport e-commerce ticketing suite and SiruswareSM point-of-sale ticketing solution. The implementation of both products is due to go live this month.
The Passport solution enables attractions and venues to cross-sell opportunities from show tickets and dining passes through to parking passes, and customers are able to plan their trip via desktop, tablet or on their mobile device.
The Sirusware software offers operators a complete view of purchasing behaviour, including merchandise purchases, food and beverage orders, and more, all from one platform.
“At Calaway Park, it’s all about family fun and that starts during the trip planning process,” said Bob Williams, general manager of Calaway Park.
“Whether a guest is purchasing a season pass to visit us multiple times a season or is purchasing a one-day ticket for a special trip, the purchase process should be easy, intuitive and enjoyable. We are excited to partner with Accesso to provide this experience to our valued guests.”
Accesso chief executive Steve Brown added: “Calaway Park has been delivering on the mission to provide its guests with ‘worry-free adventures’ for nearly 40 years. Through this partnership, we look forward to providing them with the experience-enhancing technology they need to continue on with that promise for years to come.”
