Vegas Golden Knights renews partnership with AXS

The National Hockey League (NHL)’s Vegas Golden Knights has renewed its partnership with ticketing platform, AXS.

The partnership will span all Foley Entertainment Group (FEG)-owned properties including the 6,000 capacity sport and entertainment facility, Dollar Loan Center.

The venue serves as the home of American Hockey League (AHL) and Golden Knights affiliate Henderson Silver Knights and the Indoor Football League (IFL) expansion team, Vegas Knight Hawks.

As part of the extension, AXS Mobile ID, an identity-based ticket, will be rolled out to all FEG sports properties. FEG will now be able to track and reward fan loyalty, with offerings across of their properties and touch points.

AXS has been the ticketing, marketing and data solutions partner of the Vegas Golden Knights since its inaugural season in the NHL in 2017.

Vegas Golden Knights president and co-chief executive Kerry Bubolz said: “AXS continues to innovate in sports technology while also providing a superior white-glove approach to service and support, both of which are in complete alignment with our fan philosophy.

“Our new deal builds on this foundation by launching AXS solutions across all of our brands with a unified, mobile experience that recognises and reward fans for their loyalty and provides us with a 360-degree view of fan behaviour and preferences.”

Rob Sine, AXS chief revenue officer, added: “From day one, the Vegas Golden Knights raised the bar for all sports teams in terms of the fan experience and we’ve been proud to be with them from the beginning.

“This renewal and extension to the entire Foley Entertainment Group is an example of our shared approach of using technology and industry-leading levels of service to create a better understanding of the fan and offer them personalised experiences.”
