Ticketing and live entertainment provider CTS Eventim has entered a ticketing partnership with Rudolf Weber Arena in Oberhausen.
Patrons will be able to book tickets for events at Rudolf Weber Arena directly through the venue’s website, as easily as it is to book through CTS Eventim.
Other benefits for customers include a free choice of seats from the entire seating plan, and the expansion of availability for handling individual questions and queries raised by attendees for organisers.
Rudolf Weber Arena general manager Mirco Markfort said: “The partnership with CTS Eventim is the next step in the development of our arena. Unrestricted availability of tickets directly via our website and a strong service concept for our visitors were key criteria for us in the selection of our future ticketing partner.”
The arena has a maximum capacity of 12,850 visitors and is a multi-purpose venue that can be transformed into a sports facility, an ice rink, a theatre or a concert hall. It is operated by entertainment and venue management giant, ASM Global.
Karsten Elbrecht, vice-president of sales at CTS Eventim, added: “We are delighted that this new partnership further strengthens our position as a service partner for large arenas in Germany such as Lanxess Arena, Barclays Arena and Mercedes-Benz Arena.”
