MyVenue’s mobile ordering at Ravinia Festival

The fully integrated MyVenue point-of-sale mobile ordering and restaurant solution has gone live at Ravinia Festival near Chicago, US.

The 36-acre venue in Chicago attracts 600,000 guests to more than 100 events annually.

The installation included over 40 terminals and all kitchen printing and display systems across concession, premium bars, restaurants, and portable point-of-sale locations.

Ravinia is the second Levy-operated Chicago venue to deploy MyVenue in a matter of months after MyVenue’s installation at Guaranteed Rate Field, home of the Chicago White Sox.

Fobi AI’s golf link-up in Vancouver

Data analytics provider Fobi AI will support this week’s Greater Vancouver Charity Invitational golf tournament with its Checkpoint digital ticketing and engagement solution.

The tournament, which takes place on September 1, previously had paper tickets.

By implementing Fobi’s Checkpoint solution, the event’s organisers have created an end-to-end digital ticketing and engagement solution that makes the registration and check-in process seamless for attendees.

SpotOn’s concessions tech

Ahead of the start of the new American football season, SpotOn, the software and payments provider, has confirmed that it has been selected as the point-of-sale technology at 37 stadiums across the NFL and the National Collegiate Athletic Association.

SpotOn’s clients for the 2022-23 campaign include the Denver Broncos, the Louisiana State University Tigers, and the New York Giants and Jets.

Hull taps 43 Clicks North for digital ticketing revenue growth

English Championship football club Hull City has signed up digital performance marketing business 43 Clicks North to increase revenues from match-day ticket sales and memberships, as well as merchandise.

Membership sales for the 2022-23 season have increased to 12,500 from 8,500 last season, while the average attendance for the team’s opening games of the season is more than 17,000 – up from 12,000 last season.
