Ticket software company Tix Ticketing has announced a partnership with fellow software company, Artifax Software.
The two companies announced the partnership yesterday (Thursday), with customers told to look out for the upcoming integration.
Tix Ticketing said in an update: “A good partnership and especially integrations that allow us to help our clients to be even better are key for us.
“The need for event and production planning systems to connect with ticketing is such an obvious benefit, we’re really looking forward to getting this one up and running.”
A statement from the event management platform Artifax added: “We are excited to announce our partnership with Tix Ticketing. In an industry with such a community spirit, it’s important we offer solutions that include the knowledge of other industry experts.
“Venue and event management solutions combined with an excellent ticketing platform [equals] win, win. Keep your eyes peeled for the incoming integration.”
Hrefna Sif Jónsdóttir, chief operating officer of Tix Ticketing, told TheTicketingBusiness: “We have started this partnership and will soon start working on our integrations between the two systems, Tix Ticketing and Artifax.
“We believe it’s very important to provide such integrations with providers that focus on different elements for the arts and culture to help our clients achieve their goals with as minimal effort as possible.”
