CM.com announces two key partnerships – TheTicketingBusiness News


Customer engagement and ticketing platform CM.com has partnered with Ibiza club Amnesia, and TixBox, which is the ticketing partner for Middle East and North Africa (MENA) entertainment company Alchemy Project.

The multi-year partnership with Amnesia was launched last month, and CM.com will act as the club’s primary online ticketing partner. It will also provide Amnesia with its customer service and marketing software, and is CM.com’s first venture into the Balearics and wider Spanish market.

We look forward to  innovating with them by introducing crypto payment with our partner KlubCoin and using their marketing suite to create new ways of engaging with our online customers.”

Alchemy Project events through TixBox will see integrated systems and solutions for customers powered by CM.com on the TixBox website and app.

The partnership launched in October last year, and CM.com has supported TixBox with 31 events during the 2022 World Cup across three festival stages: Arcadia, Daydream and World Stage. Some of the artists performing on these stages included the likes of Black Eyed Peas, Robbie Williams, J Balvin, Akin, Tiesto and more.

Alchemy Project has organised more than 1,000 events globally, has hosted 200 international artists and has also welcomed over 10 million attendees worldwide.

The two deals were secured through CM.com’s London ticketing division, which launched in 2021 and marked the company’s first expansion outside of the Benelux region.
