MLS announces multi-year deal with Ticketmaster


Major League Soccer (MLS) has announced a multi-year agreement with Ticketmaster to become the league’s official ticketing partner. 

Ticketmaster has replaced SeatGeek, which signed a multi-year deal with MLS in 2016.

Each club in the MLS typically sells its own tickets under individual partnership agreements, though Ticketmaster currently holds partnerships with 17 of the 29 MLS clubs.

The Live Nation-owned ticketing platform will also work with MLS to develop tailored solutions during the length of the partnership.

MLS is currently in its 28th season and the partnership will accompany the league on its journey towards the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which is set to be hosted by the US, Canada and Mexico.
