Tickets for the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 grand final sold out in just 36 minutes, with tickets for all shows also selling out an hour later.
The tickets went on sale at midday for the nine live shows, which are set to take place at Liverpool’s M&S Bank Arena in May.

The UK city is hosting Eurovision on behalf of last year’s winners Ukraine, as the country is unable to stage the event due to Russia’s invasion in February last year.
Ticketmaster’s platform crashed under the weight of Eurovision fans with a number of fans reporting errors when reaching the front of the queue.

According to a report from the Mirror newspaper, Ticketmaster also suffered outages leading up to the start of the onsale.
Ticket prices ranged from £30 to £290 for the semi-finals and the dress rehearsals, and £80 to £380 for the grand final. Roughly 6,000 tickets were on sale for each show, which is lower than the arena’s 11,000 capacity because of the production requirements.
It was also recently announced that the UK Government had allocated 3,000 tickets for displaced Ukrainians living in the UK.
