Fans rush to snap up tickets for IPL 2023

The Indian Premier League (IPL) is set to get underway on Friday, with fans able to snap up tickets for the popular T20 cricket competition.

Tickets can be purchased online through vendors such as BookMyShow and Paytm Insider. In order to book tickets through the online platforms, fans need to select the city in which they want to watch a match and select the games they wish to attend.

For those unable to book tickets online, fans can try their luck at the physical ticket offices located at stadiums. These counters are due to open a day before the match but availability will be limited.

Counters will be open from 9am until 10am local time.

Teams have different partnerships with both BookMyShow and Paytm Insider.
